1. What We Collect

When you log in with EVE Online SSO, we receive and store the following publicly available information:

  • Character ID and name
  • Corporation ID and name
  • Alliance ID and name (if applicable)
  • Character portrait URL

Our EVE SSO integration uses no scopes, meaning we have zero access to any private or confidential information such as your wallet, mail, assets, contacts, skills, or any other in-game data.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to:

  • Authenticate your identity via EVE Online SSO
  • Display your character name and portrait within the application
  • Determine your eligibility for raffles based on corporation membership
  • Prevent duplicate raffle entries (alt detection)
  • Generate anonymized, aggregate analytics (e.g., participation statistics, popular corporations)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties. The only external services that receive data are:

  • EVE Online ESI — to fetch public character and corporation data
  • Random.org — receives no personal data; only used for generating random numbers for draws
  • Discord Webhooks — if configured by the raffle creator, winner names and character portraits may be posted to a Discord channel

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as you have an account. Raffle entries, answers to custom questions, and audit logs are retained as part of the raffle record for transparency and provably fair verification purposes. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us.

5. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.

6. Analytics

We collect basic, anonymized usage analytics to improve the service. This includes aggregate data such as total raffles created, participation rates, and feature usage. No personally identifiable information is used for analytics purposes.
