1. Acceptance

By using EVE Raffle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

EVE Raffle is a free tool that allows EVE Online alliance and corporation leaders to run provably fair raffles for their members. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Authentication

You log in exclusively via EVE Online SSO. We do not create separate accounts or store passwords. Our SSO integration uses no scopes, granting us no access to any private in-game data.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Not abuse the service to spam, harass, or scam other players
  • Not attempt to manipulate raffle outcomes
  • Not create raffles with fraudulent or misleading prizes
  • Not use automated tools to create entries or manipulate the system

We reserve the right to ban users or remove raffles that violate these guidelines.

5. Raffles & Prizes

EVE Raffle is a platform that facilitates the running of raffles. We are not responsible for the delivery of prizes. Prize fulfillment is solely the responsibility of the raffle creator. We do not guarantee that any prizes will be delivered.

6. No Gambling — Strict Prohibition

Charging real money, EVE ISK, PLEX, or any in-game assets or currency as a requirement to participate in a raffle is strictly prohibited.

Raffles on this platform must be free to enter. Using EVE Raffle to conduct gambling — defined as requiring payment of any kind (real-world currency, ISK, items, or other in-game assets) in exchange for a chance to win — violates the EVE Online Terms of Service and is not permitted on this platform.

If we identify any user or organization using EVE Raffle for gambling purposes, we will:

  • Immediately terminate their access to the platform
  • Remove all associated raffles
  • Report the violation directly to Fenris Creations (formerly CCP Games)

7. Provably Fair Draws

Winners are selected using random.org's signed API when available. The draw results, including the random value, entry list hash, and digital signature, are stored and publicly verifiable. This ensures transparency but does not constitute a legal guarantee.

8. Limitation of Liability

EVE Raffle and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to undelivered prizes, incorrect draw results due to technical issues, or any in-game consequences.

9. Fenris Creations Disclaimer

This application is not endorsed by or affiliated with Fenris Creations (formerly CCP hf). All EVE Online related materials are property of Fenris Creations. EVE Online and the EVE logo are registered trademarks of Fenris Creations. All rights are reserved worldwide.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
